Photos + administrative access to an existing Squarespace site are due. The writing prompts, integrations are also due at this time. I will share a private Google Drive folder for you to upload all of your work.

We start our project off with some serious focus and purpose. The first of your three 1 hr 1on1 Strategy Sessions uncovers our game plan, my tasks and sets us up for success. This phase takes approximately 2 weeks and includes work on branding and messaging.

This phase starts with the second of your 1on1 Strategy Sessions where we focus on integrations and web strategy. This phase will take about 1.5 week(s) and again you will have an opportunity to review the work until this point at the end of this phase.

This final phase of development starts out with our final 1on1 Strategy Session where we uncover your wishlist items for the website. I will also have edits from Phase 1 & 2 in my inbox by 9AM MST. The rest of this phase which can take up to 2 weeks will include the full build out of the site, structure, custom graphics, integrations, automations and a donor focused experience. At the end of this phase, I present the website and feedback is requested to move into us into our final phase.

This 1.5 week(s) phase starts with an email with edits to my inbox by 9AM MST. The rest of this phase is spent on QA Checks, 301s and all the techy stuff you hired me for. Then its Launch Week! You did it! Finally, we hop on a call at 1PM MST Friday for your final launch call. There your final launch documents, final logo files, guidelines, branded images and custom graphics will be provided as well as a walk through on how to use your website.
