Intention To MOVE
Join me in INTENTION TO MOVE. I am not one for resolutions, (especially around a new year) BUT I am one for intentions. I have found and believe that intentions are easiest at “beginnings”. And we have one starting real soon. Below are the ones I wish for you and ones I try and set daily.
Intention to Move
IN CHANGING THE WORLD
This one you have in the bag. You are exquisite and amazing. But sometimes a reminder of why you got started, a re-grounding of sorts is useful. Are you bogged down by unsuccessful events? Unhelpful volunteers? Make sure your efforts are intentions to changing the world and are aligned with your mission and vision. Just a helpful recheck.

MAKING PURPOSEFUL CHANGE
Managing your charity can be hard and planing for all of the moving parts can feel impossible at times. But be intentional about this. Do an inventory of the items, improvements, and tools you still need to be successful and set intentions of how you will get them. Make a line item for them on your budget. Hire a grant writer to get that need covered through special funds. Be intentional and purposeful with your next steps. This audit should account for the next year ahead.
Intention to Move
IN TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF
Covid changed a lot and I was lucky enough, like millions of others, to happen across Yoga With Adrienne. Even with the chaos and time constraints on my schedule with kids, husband and a full time business I created an intention to move and serve my body and mind. Yoga coupled with my intention to get outside and self care with reading time has fueled and replenished my creative work. Self-care creatively, mentally, emotionally and moving physically will dramatically change your life. Please join me on the 30 day intention with YWA.

GUILT TO THE TRASH BIN
Let go of the past mistakes, wrongs, and shortcomings and head into the new beginning with a fresh wave of grace and mercy. Remember that few notice the blemishes you see on yourself and there is much that can be done to right-wrongs and turn a corner with a bit of integrity. I am constant surprised by the human spirit and its capability for compassion and forgiveness. If you could forgive a loved one for the guilt you are holding on to, you need to extend the same mercy to yourself.
