Photos + administrative access to an existing Squarespace site are due. The writing prompts, integrations are also due at this time. I will check that we have all we need in the shared private Google Drive folder where you have uploaded all of your other materials and content.

WEEK 1
WEEK 1

We start our project off with some serious acceleration. I start with the structure of your website in our wireframe and if applicable we start on loog concepts and send for feedback.

WEEK 2
WEEK 2

This week I tackle applying your wireframe, your content, adding in the bells and whistles as well as completing your brand (if applicable)

WEEK 3
WEEK 3

This week is spent designing and fixing any holes in the data and donor experience. Around mid to early week you will be provided a link to review the website with edits due with a day or so.

WEEK 4
WEEK 4

After we apply edits and send back your next round of review, final edits are applied and we are ready for LAUNCH. I perform final QA checks, 301s and all the techy stuff you dont have to worry about, we hop on a call Friday. There your final launch documents will be provided as well as a walk through on how to use your website.

Within about 2 weeks after launch, you will schedule a followup 1hr training session where you ask more questions about how to edit and maintain the website. All staff are welcome on this call.

  • I use Squarespace for MOST of my projects. Most clients choose this platform for its clean, powerful, mobile responsive, user friendly (UX/UI) ease. Others are tied to other platforms for other reasons. Experience has brought me to many other platforms so I know how to work them and I KNOW web design from all of these platforms (which few designers can boast). Should you still want a wordpress, wix, shopify, webflow, vizergy or fully html site, I can still help with expert & seasoned experience. Starting prices reflect squarespace base pricing, other platforms will occur an upcharge.

  • The Change Maker Experience includes heavy copy writing. It requires a smaller prompt workbook to be completed but then I will take it from there.

  • Before we book your Change Maker Experience and accept your deposit, we will sit down and discuss the items needed. Based on your availability and mine, we will set a realistic timeline for you to gather the images, complete the prompts and compile your signons. I will guide you the whole way and be available via email if you come across any snags. There will be some forms to fill out, documents to drop into google drive but its items that I need to be able to create your website + brand.

  • This Change Maker Experience includes 2 rounds of revisions for WEB and 2 rounds of revisions for branding if you add that on.

  • Logo/branding files are delivered in png high res and low res. I will also provide eps files for printing vector quality art. I am also happy to provide any custom images or graphics used on your website. Working adobe files are never released.
